State of the School Address and Dinner with Mr. Johnson

Please plan on joining me on Wednesday evening January 25 beginning at 6:00 pm for our general PTA/Foundation meeting. Following the formal business of our PTA and Foundation, I will be discussing the current status of our school and will discuss our collective future. I will be discussing the following topics – our school budget issues including future class size projections and intervention support, our student support programs, volunteering at Del Sur, Technology, music, art, and science on our campus. The school will be providing pizza for dinner and child care prior to this meeting. Dinner will be served from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm. Then our formal meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. I am hoping for a large attendance at this meeting. Your voice and knowledge of our current status and future status is extremely important to me. Please RSVP by January 20th to cdavis@powayusd.com and indicate number of people attending and if child care is needed. Due to limited resources, childcare will only be offered for elementary school age children only. (Update 1/23: Childcare is full.)
